Miller School of Medicine Welcomes the Class of 2013
The Class of 2013 was welcomed to the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine Thursday by faculty members, staff and senior students who urged them to celebrate the achievements that have brought them this far and look ahead to the hard work necessary to become doctors four years from now.

For a dedicated group of 20 students, a significant milestone on the long journey to become medical professionals was marked on July 31 with a luncheon at University of Miami Hospital's Seminar Center. The festive event, for students, faculty and staff, was a celebration of the completion of this summer's Medical College Admissions Test Preparation Program, offered through the Office of Minority Affairs at the Miller School in collaboration with the UM Area Health Education Center.
